At Covie Blue, all orders are handled with care and attention. As a small business, our turnaround times are slightly longer than large-scale retailers — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

🕒 Processing & Turnaround Time

All of our products are made or prepared to order. Because of this, please allow up to 10 days from the time your order is placed to when it is shipped.

We work in small, carefully planned weekly batches to ensure quality at every step. Once your order is ready, it will be securely packaged and sent via tracked delivery.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

All UK orders are shipped using Evri Tracked.

Free Shipping on orders over £25

Estimated delivery times once dispatched: 2–4 working days

Please note that delivery estimates are in addition to our processing time, and delays caused by courier services are outside of our control.

📍 Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it — but additional shipping charges may apply.

🔁 Missed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt or extended time at a local collection point, we will contact you. You may request a re-delivery (with postage costs re-applied) or a refund, minus the original shipping fee.

⚖️ Your Rights

We follow the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allow you to cancel or return most online orders within 14 days of receiving your items. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. For full details, see our Returns Policy.
